Manic Art moment

Or maybe I should have called it: Manic MAIL ART moment???
Watching Chopped on Food TV is when this one hit me..right after the show got started...geesh..you'd think it would have hit me earlier in the day while I was just doing nothing..but nooooo, it had to hit then..Oh Well, I gave in:

I painted these faces on some outgoing mail, that was in the studio..one is a Swap and the other is samples for an upcoming class. I know both will be a nice surprise for them when they see it..

Faces have always been my down fall in art..I've not been good at drawing them nor painting them..but lately I've been fascinated by them and every ones works, like Sharon @ Norhas, Misty Mawn, and Campbell Jane folkart...
I've also been working on my Glass house swap..but then the muse has to jump in and wants to paint faces..my paint stuff is not set up..my glass stuff is set up..and then my muse wants to build a shrine with foam core board, wings, crowns, and a soldered piece...geeee hold your horses..I only have room for one project at a time on my work table...
To top it ALL off we are working on Paper Cowgirl every spare moment...Can you believe it's the end of January already??
Hope your staying warm were ever you are and things are going ok..
Happy Friday!!
