Ready to share..

Awhile back I gave you a sneak peek at a new Class idea..

WELLL, now I'm ready to share with you.. I've sent in the displays to the Craft Scrapper and we've set up class times..








So...ta.da:

This oval one is my fave..not to tall..but big enough for a statement..

But this one...haaa..I love the old paper and the random style words..and of course~ doodles.. Hope you join me for classes! We are making 3 rings, 3 sizes and 3 styles!

Spreading my wings

Remember last year, when I told you about the Monarch butterflies passing through?

How I found some of the poor things, dead or dying in my yard?? I kept them..in a drawer, in my hubby's desk..I didn't know what else to do with them so they would not be squashed~ he was not to happy...but he didn't squash them..

The other day, I took one of them out and used her for this piece..

Did you know it's difficult to photograph yourself, wearing said necklace???? But I needed to show you how long it hangs from it's leather cord..So, this is the result:

I'm very pleased with it, what do you think?? I'd love to hear from you. i will be adding it to Etsy in the next few days..

Marsha at "Tumblefish Studio" and I are in a swap! She's making her famous art work and I'm going to encase it in glass for her to have some pendants! Look here at what I'm going to receive !! I have admired her style for a long time and we've been chatting back and forth for a bit now..this is just the gravy on my biscuts!! I'm going to have a piece of her work!! Thanks to the ladies on Tuesday at the Crafty Scrapper. We had a 101 class, and a Chubby Charms class..but I forgot my camera~ so no photos..bad me~ sorry.. But those ladies rocked on their soldering, they are going to put us out of the jewelry biz!..AND it was PAPER COWGIRL day!!! I had 2 in the 101 class that visited us in June and 3 in the CC class!! Yea!!

New Etsy goodies

I've added a couple of little charms to my Etsy, they are One inch wide by One and one half inch long..so not too large..good for a bracelet of small necklace charm:

New Etsy goodies

Been working on a few projects....and got most of them finished up and listed over on my Etsy Shop :

This necklace has some awesome Rosary beads, I purchased from another Etsy seller, they are the softest gray color...I used them on the above necklace and the banner below..

Then this little gem, I found these angel charms last week and this is the first idea that popped into my head..I love how it turned out..

Glue, Glitter and fun

At our house the question of the day is: "What are we making today, Nana?" when the grands are over..We had the oldest grand from Tday until yesterday..so we made alot of things, most all Christmas themed...



I've been over to Joli Paquet looking for ideas to make...you need to pop over there if you get a chance there are lots of ideas from talented gals.. So, when I answered: "A snowman hat." to that question, I received a funny look...so I pulled up the blog and gave her a peek at it..she loved the idea..







We got out handmade papers, glitter, containers and scissors, etc...and went to work:



She picked out the smaller container to make her hat from...





Hub was a bit upset that we were working on the NEW table, with glitter and glue and such:

But, I put down alot of paper to protect it and there were no incidents....

She loved using the glass glitter..

We made memories and a pretty Christmas decoration that will work thru January...

I hope your first week of December is a good one, I started mine off at the Dr.'s giving blood for lab tests..nothing serious, thank goodness..
