More in Colorado

While we were riding the trails around the Pitkin area we did alittle GeoCaching. If you have a GPS and that web site you can join in on the World Wide fun! It's like a treasure hunt...you put in your area on the website and find all the Caches in that area..

Once you find it, you open it up, journal in the little journal and leave/take something..this time we just left things, and didn't take out of any of them..
We try to put useful things in them, like tape or D rings or Zip ties, but in a couple of them, I added a soldered charm and my Moo card for my blog..

We were in a small village called White Pine where we saw this sign:

I loved it and on the way back out we snapped this picture of it..I think it says it all, don't you?

Here is the roughest trail we took, it was called Hancock Pass...Rock crawling at it best for ATV/UTVs...Little Eddie did good on it...but we are not going down this thing again..this is our second trip over it and no more..the view is not worth all the work and worry..for if you go off the edge, you are a goner...

And see that trail way off..that one is sooo skinny you can not meet another vehicle on it and pass...

We did take some easier ones and too bad the Aspens were not turning they would have truly been beautiful...

I took over 400 photos, some good some not so good..I'll share more with you tomorrow...
I need to ask a favor...please pray for my son and our family at this time..we need some help with some matters...thanks~
See you tomorrow!
